Blueberry Orange Mint Smoothie with a hint of Vanilla

Serves: 4. ~  Prep Time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups orange juice

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberry yogurt (I do just two personal fruit bottom blueberry yogurts)

  • 1   1/2 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 sprig of mint, about seven leaves

  • orange zest for topping

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

  • 1-2 sage leaves (your preference)

  • three ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

1. Blend all ingredients except the vanilla extract almost fully


2. Add your vanilla extract  and blend it fully.


3. Add orange zest on top–as much as you like ( I recommend a lot)


4. ENJOY!
