Prep time: about 10-15 min Serves: 2-3 people
Ingredients
About 1/4 of an onion, diced ( It, doesn’t really matter, but preferably white onion. White onion is more mild and sweet instead of spicy and strong, like red onions.)
1/2 teaspoon jalapeño, diced (trust me, it's not that spicy at all- you can barely taste it. The real spice is in the seeds of the jalapeño, so if you are a fan of spice, add more seeds, and if you aren't, opt for only a few seeds. A little goes a long way! :)
A sprinkle of salt
One sprig cilantro cut up
About ten cherry tomatoes, halved ( you can substitute that for one large tomato, diced)
two big avocados
Directions
With a mortil and pestil, combine 1/8 of an onion, the jalapeño, some salt, and your cilantro and grind it until it makes a greeen-ish paste ( grind it more than this pic shows you)
2. Add your avacado, than add your tomato and the rest of your onion. Finally, add a little more salt (optional)
3. ENJOY!
